Instead of having our week 5 of community service next week, we have decided to do it today so that we would be able to finish our immersion before Lenten Season. Well, pumayag naman yung mga social workers kaya tinuloy na namin yung plano.
Our agenda for today is to let the students watch a movie that supposedly about the coming season. Ang dami nga naming pinagpilian e. Bruce Almighty, Noah's Ark, Passion of the Christ and a lot more. Dahil sa dami nito the decison turned out to 'Happy Feet'. So weird. Hirap kaming mag-isip na bagay sa Lenten tapos itong movie lang pala na 'to ang papanuorin nila. Where is the connection? Wala tayong magagawa diyan kung wala namang CD. Hanep sa plano!
Akala ko nga magtuturo na kami kasi the last time, I was really eager to teach them after I learned about a story of one my students. Well, they have decide to watch a movie so I just go with the flow. Since, almost two hours inabot yung movie, I got a time to sleep. Thank God na rin at least kahit papaano nakapagpahinga ako. Super antok na rin ako that time. Panu ba naman yesterday may kung anong gulo na naman sa bahay. Hindi ko alam kung ano, wala rin naman akong pakialam e haha. My plan yesterday was to sleep as soon as I arrived at my room. Well, plans (same thing with promises) are made to be broken. Kaya the effect, nagsusumigaw na 'eyebug'.
Going back to immersion, sadyang may mga batang matigas ang ulo. Kahit anong sabihin mo hindi ka talaga nila papakinggan kung ayaw nilang makinig sa'yo. Katulad nitong isa, hihiga tapos uupo maya-maya makikita mo na lang sa ilalim ng upuan manunundot ng puwet ng mga nakaupo. Kulit! Sabayan pa ng demonyong tawa. Wala na. Ako kahit gusto kong magalit hindi ko magawa. Paano ba naman, madadala ka sa tawa niya. Ang kyut ng tawa. Parang tawa ng duwende na may halong demonyo na may halong komedyante. Imagine mo na lang.
After they watched the movie, Rob provided questions based on the played movie. There were only 3 questions: moral lesson, favorite part of the story and Mumble. Ang tagal nilang magsagot. Syempre bata e. But we can wait naman e. Unfortunately, the room we were using will be used by the barangay officials so we need to immediately evacuate the room. In the end naging assignment na lang yun. Isa pa hindi namin naconsider na may mga grade 1 pa lang sa mga estudyante namin. So hirap pa silang magsulat. Bakit ba hindi namin naisip yun? Atat lang ata makauwi. hahaha. Actually inadjust ni Cha yung wall clock for I think 20 minutes. Pero useless din kasi nga maaga kaming nadismiss dahil sa emergency meeting ata yun ng mga officials.
So saya. Maagang uwian. Masarap na kainan. Makakapagpahinga na ako. Yun ang akala ko. Pero Sunday is a stormy day. But I am happy. :))
